Your appointment here at WSH & CO is important to us and created for you specifically! We understand that occasionally schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Please contact us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel, change, or adjust your appointment for any reason.
Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the service or services scheduled.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Clients will be able to discuss with their stylist what they will or will not be able to do.
No showing to your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service or services booked. All payment must be received in full before booking another appointment.

Our business hours are Monday-Saturday 9-5 pm. We understand that there are some clients that need appointment times that our outside of our business hours. We charged a $25 after hour fee. This applies to clients that need to book before 9 am, after 5 pm, or Sunday.
We require our clients to provide current debit/credit card information during booking. This information will not be shared. We only ask for this information in the event of that any of our cancellation policies apply. We will always notify you before charging your card.
